What Are the Effects of Black Mold on the Health of an Individual?


Are you aware of the health effects of black mold? These are defined as the greenish black, slimy substance which can result in various health risks like bronchitis and asthma. The toxic set of black mold is referred to as Strachybotrys atra. According to the study at CDC, it has been proved that this is the one responsible for more than 100 types of lung diseases.

Molds are of different types as you can even find one at your home which is termed as industrial molds and are not toxic. There are various effects of black molds known today. Identifying the toxic black mold from that of the others is a difficult process and takes a lot of time. On the other hand, to shorten and straight forward things it has been told that having a mold in your house can make your entire environment unhealthy for various reasons.

Black molds are considered to be a major part in our ecosystem, but when counting on our health is simply disastrous. The seriousness of health effects of black molds is recognizable in nature. The early symptoms related to this seems to be like a normal cold or allergy, but ignoring the primary signs might prove to be dangerous in all sense as the ill effects of black molds cannot be neglected at all.

Some of the symptoms include watery eyes, skin rashes, mildew allergy, breathing difficulty, and irritation of throat, stuffy and running nose and nausea. These signs vary from one individual to another and there are also other reactions resulting from mold exposure and the need for a doctor advice is very important in this case of as the health effects of black molds are drastic.
